Calgary Zoo

I went to the Calgary Zoo today with Mommy, Rowan, Charlotte, Aunty Ellen and Lilly. We went around the whole park, starting out in Africa and ending in the Prehistoric Park. 

 These guys were really cute.

After Africa we saw the penguins,

 and a peacock opened its feathers for us in the flamingo cage.

 We couldn't find the real elephants...

 ... but we had lots of fun playing with the stone versions!

 My favourite animal at the Zoo was the tiger,

and Lilly's was the Komodo Dragon - which is new this year, I think.

Starting out our shopping day with a little chillaxin' in the basement.

Happy Canada Day!

I went with Teresa Wyss Pottery today up to a sale in Chestermere and celebrated Canada Day there with my Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Grandpa, Aunty and Cousin. Then we came home and ate ice-cream cake - YUM!

Glass Blowing - June 29th

We visited my Dad's friend from art school today and got to do some glass blowing in his studio.

Heritage Park - June 25th

I had the privilege of hanging out with my Mom all day at heritage park on June 25th, and we had lots of fun.

We saw some pretty freaky looking birds that appear to have built in superhero masks - I like to call them turducken ALIVE!

These geese reminded us of the duck, Ferdinand, from Babe.

Heritage Park has goat this year instead of pigs - no Babe this year!

Charlotte's Grade Six Graduation

Charlotte officially graduated grade six on Tuesday, June 24th. Next year she will experience her first year of Junior High School.
